Cancellations:
*Minimum 30 days - We require any cancellation or date change to be made at least 30 days prior to your check in date to avoid forfeiting the deposit paid or if paid in full to avoid forfeiting $50 amount of the booking. Last minute cancellations made within the 21 day period before checkin date will be charged full booking fee unless we are able to get another booking for the same dates - then only$50 admin fee will be charged (fees payable to book lithgow website may also apply please see their terms and conditions)
The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00

Cottage has its own parking area and seperate access from the main house which is located 40 metres away.

Catch a a train to Lithgow Station - cab to property
Drive along highway turn left before Lithgow towards Lake Lyell and then turn left into Martins Road just after the Lake
